- Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time and are not binding until accepted in writing by NGL.
- Orders are subject to acceptance by NGL. We may require deposits or full prepayment depending on the product or custom work.
- Pricing may change without notice prior to order acceptance. Obvious errors may be corrected.
- Taxes and fees are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. If you are tax‑exempt, you must provide valid documentation.
- Payment processing may be handled by third‑party processors. We do not store full card numbers.
Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must inspect shipments promptly and notify us and the carrier of any damage or shortage in accordance with carrier requirements.
Returns, cancellations, and custom products
Returns and cancellations may be limited or subject to restocking fees. Custom, made‑to‑order, and special‑order products may be non‑cancelable and non‑returnable once production begins. Contact us for an RMA and instructions before returning any product.
Installation and third‑party services
We may refer you to independent installers or partners. Any work performed by third parties is subject to their terms and warranties. NGL is not responsible for third‑party services unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Product information and availability
Product images, specifications, and availability on the site are provided for convenience and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error‑free.
License to use the site
