📐 4. Cabinet Dimensions & Modular Geometry

Unlike traditional consumer TV panels, LED video walls are constructed modularly by snapping together standardized cabinet tiles. Individual LED cabinets cannot be cut or scaled; therefore, every video wall assembles into exact multiples of cabinet columns and rows.

Rounding Logic: When you input target physical dimensions, our calculator divides your target width and height by the cabinet dimensions and automatically rounds up to the next whole cabinet so your active viewing area always satisfies or exceeds your requirements.

Normal video playback draws approximately 30% to 45% of the maximum rated power. This represents continuous operating load.

Peak / Inrush Power

Peak draw occurs when the display is illuminated 100% full white at maximum nits. Dedicated branch circuits should accommodate peak startup currents.
