Principals:

Keith M. Baker

Keith Baker owned and operated the second largest electrical sign company in the Salt Lake Valley for 35 years. Mr. Baker is the President of the Western States Sign Association and has held a board position for the past 17 years. Mr. Baker also served as the President of the Utah Sign Association for 18 years. His involvement with the LED industry began with his aid in the development of LED technology for the signage industry, including installation of several Beta test sites. Keith Baker has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Weber State University.

Kennie Alton:

Before partnering with Keith Baker to expand NGL Supply into commercial and residential lighting markets, Kennie Alton was the Director of Optoelectronics at a leading LED manufacturing company. His work included expanding product lines and working with their factory in China on new technologies and quality assurance programs. His vast work experience includes 15 years in electronics manufacturing for Megahertz, US Robotics, 3Com and STSN. Mr. Alton also worked as the Vice President for Newonics Electronics Manufacturing for 6 years growing the business from 1.5M to 5.5M. Kennie Alton studied Material Management and Sourcing at Weber State University.

Technical Qualifications:

Stan Thurgood, Director of Research and Technology:

Stan Thurgood has over 11 years experience in LED research, testing and product design. During his employment for an LED manufacturer, his work went into mass production and many of his designs are still up and running today. Mr. Thurgood owned and operated Tripower Energy Systems specializing in energy production in the Utah area. His work at Tripower included design and installation of solar and windpower systems. Stan Thurgood studied Digital Electronics Technologies and DATC in Auto Cad drafting at Weber State University.
